Peach Cobbler

This is a very good cobbler recipe. Just the right amount of spice and sweetness. It is also not too watery/ too much juice at the bottom with the addition of cornstarch in the peach filling. Do not skip the sugar toppings since the crust is the best part.

You can bake in a 2-quart baking dish, or you can bake in individual ramekin (like what I did). Each ramekin is 1/8 of the recipe (1 peach) .

1) The only change I made to the recipe is omitting the white sugar in the "cake" part
2) I used ripe (but not overly ripe) peaches.
3) Baking time I used for individual peach cobbler in ramekin: 10 min for peach filling, plus another 20 min for step 4.
*Tips: Put a tray underneath your baking dish as you will expect the sauce will spill out...
